Text Trillitask from your phone
Verify your number once, then text the assistant like a friend: add tasks, set reminders, ask what’s next, even send a photo.
Included with Plus, TrilliOne Business, Pro and TrilliOne Pro
Once your phone number is verified, you can text Trillitask the same things you’d type in the ask bar, from any phone, without opening an app.
Set it up
- Verify your number in Settings → Profile → Phone Number. See Add and verify your phone number.
- Save the number your verification code came from in your contacts as “Trillitask”. That’s the number you text.
What to text
- “Remind me at 5 to pick up the dry cleaning”
- “Add oil change to my list for Saturday”
- “What’s on my calendar tomorrow?”
- A photo of a flyer or appointment card, with “add this to my calendar”
Replies are kept short so they fit in one text.
Good to know
- Texts sent within 12 hours of each other are one conversation, so follow-ups like “make it 6 instead” work. After 12 quiet hours, a new conversation starts.
- Your text conversations show up in Chat with an SMS label.
- Texting always uses your personal workspace, never a team.
- Verification codes are typed into the website, not texted back.
- Reply STOP to stop all texts, START to turn them back on, and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
