The Plans page

One place for big plans, plans with people, and your booking link.

Open Plans from the sidebar. From top to bottom:

  • I Need To…: describe something big and get a step-by-step plan. See Plan something big.
  • Waiting on you: plans friends have sent you. Click Respond.
  • Your plans: the big plans you’ve made, with how many steps are done.
  • With people: plans you’ve made with friends and where each one stands (Waiting, New time suggested, or On).
  • Your booking link: copy or edit it. See Share a booking link.
  • People: your friends, a box to add someone by email, and All contacts ›.

In a team workspace, the friend sections are hidden. Friends are personal.

Plan something big, step by step

Type a goal like “move to a new apartment” and get a timeline of 15 to 35 steps, worked backward from your date.

Add friends

Friends can send each other plans, see when the other is free (never what they’re doing), and hand off ideas.

Make plans with friends

Propose a time, and your friend can accept, suggest another time or decline. Accepted plans land on both calendars.

Make plans with someone who isn’t on Trillitask

Ask the assistant to invite anyone by email. Their reply comes back to you inside Trillitask.
