Reply from your own email app and the card clears itself
Already answered in Gmail or Outlook? Trillitask notices your reply and marks the card done for you.
You don’t have to reply inside Trillitask. If you answer an email from Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or any other app, Trillitask sees your reply in your Sent mail and marks the matching card done. Your activity shows “You replied from your email…”.
This works for replies on the same conversation. A brand-new email you send never closes anything.
For this to work, the mailbox has to be connected to Trillitask, and the reply has to go from that same mailbox.
