Deadline heads-ups

Trillitask nudges you before a due date: a day ahead, or two hours ahead for urgent items.

When an item has a due date, Trillitask sends a Heads up notification before it: 24 hours ahead, or 2 hours ahead for high and urgent items. The notification shows the real due time, like “Due Fri, Oct 17 at 5:00 PM”.

  • A due date without a time counts as 5:00 PM in your time zone.
  • You get one heads-up per deadline. If the due date changes, you get a fresh one for the new date.
  • No heads-up is sent if you’ve already set your own reminder for the item, or for FYI items, list items and cleared items.
  • Marking the item done cancels any heads-up that hasn’t gone out yet.
