Search tasks, events, email, contacts, notes and more from the ask bar, or use the full search page to dig into older mail.
Quick search
Type at least two letters in the ask bar. Matches appear above it, grouped by type: tasks (including finished and cleared ones), calendar, email, contacts, plans, memories, notes, friends, activity and notifications.

For a bigger view with filters, go to trillitask.com/search. You can narrow results with the type chips (Tasks, Calendar, Emails, Contacts, Notes and so on), and the page address can be bookmarked or shared with yourself.
Search older email on your mail server
Trillitask keeps recent mail handy. To look further back:
- On the search page, turn on Search older email on your mail server.
- For a deeper (slower) search, also turn on Include message bodies.
- Click a result to bring that message into Trillitask and open it.
Bringing in an old message doesn’t create a card or show up in your briefing. It’s just there to read and reply to.
