Program Description

Trillitask operates an SMS messaging program that sends automated text messages to users who have opted in. The program delivers account verification codes, task and calendar reminders, deadline alerts, daily briefings, and two-way conversational messaging with your AI personal assistant. This program is operated by Trillitask and is available to residents of the United States and Canada.

1. How to Opt In

To opt in to the Trillitask SMS program you must:

  1. Create a free Trillitask account at trillitask.com/register.
  2. Sign in and navigate to Settings → Profile.
  3. In the Phone Number section, enter your 10-digit US or Canada mobile number and tap Send Code.
  4. Enter the 6-digit verification code we text to your phone and tap Verify.

By submitting your phone number and verifying the code, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Trillitask at that number, including account verification, notifications, reminders, and conversational AI replies. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the Service — all Trillitask features are available without enrolling in SMS.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and notification settings. A typical user may receive between 2 and 30 messages per month, including reminders, briefings, verification codes, and replies from the AI assistant when you message it. You can reduce frequency at any time by adjusting your notification preferences in Settings.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Trillitask does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to each message sent or received. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Trillitask is not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.

4. HELP Instructions

For help at any time, reply HELP or INFO to any message from Trillitask. You will receive an auto-reply containing program information and support contact details. You can also email support@trillitask.com or visit trillitask.com/help.

5. STOP Instructions (Opt Out)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from Trillitask. After sending one of these keywords you will receive a one-time confirmation reply and will not receive any additional messages from the program.

You may also opt out by removing your phone number from the Settings → Profile page inside the Trillitask web app.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to any previous message, or re-verify your phone number in Settings.

6. Carriers and Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Trillitask's SMS program is supported on all major US and Canadian wireless carriers. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and the contents of your SMS messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS content with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through the SMS program are used solely to deliver the messaging services described above.
