How do I stop receiving SMS messages?

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message. You will be unsubscribed immediately. You can also remove your phone number from Settings → Profile. To re-subscribe, reply START or re-verify your phone in Settings.

What does HELP do?

Reply HELP or INFO to any text message and you'll receive a reply with support contact information and a link to this page. Message and data rates may apply.

How often will I receive messages?

Message frequency depends on your activity and notification preferences. Most users receive a morning briefing and occasional reminders. You can configure which notifications are sent via SMS in Settings → Notifications.

How do I connect an email account?

Go to Settings → Email Accounts and click "Add Account". Enter your IMAP and SMTP details. For Gmail and Yahoo, you'll need to generate an "App Password" — click the help link on the form for step-by-step instructions.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@trillitask.com from the email address associated with your account. All data will be deleted within 30 days.

Is my data private?

Yes. Account data is completely isolated. We never share your personal information, phone number, or email content with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What AI powers Trillitask?

Trillitask runs on state-of-the-art AI for conversations, analysis, voice transcription, and read-aloud briefings. We do not use your data to train AI models.
