Share a booking link
Share one link. People chat with your assistant to pick a time, and the meeting lands on your calendar.
Included with TrilliOne Business, Pro and TrilliOne Pro
Your booking link is a page with your name and colors where people pick a time to meet. Instead of a grid of slots, they chat: “Can we talk next week about my kitchen remodel?” The assistant offers a few times that work for you, they tap one, fill in their name and email, and it’s booked.
Set it up
- Go to Settings → Booking page (or Plans → Your booking link) and click + New page.
- Basics: a Name (like “Quick chat with Jamie”), the URL slug for your link, and a Welcome message.
- Branding: upload a logo and pick your colors.
- Meeting types: for example “Discovery call, 30 minutes”. Click + Add type for more.
- Recurring weekly hours: tick the days you take meetings and set the hours.
- Specific dates: use + Open extra hours for a one-off window, or + Block off for vacation or a busy afternoon.
- Set a Buffer between meetings, the Min notice people must give, how far ahead they can book (Max advance), and your Timezone.
- Under Confirmation email from, choose one of your connected email accounts, then click Save.
Copy your link from Plans → Your booking link → Copy link.
How times are chosen
Only times inside your hours are offered, minus anything already on your Trillitask calendar (with your buffer on both sides), minus blocked dates, and within your notice and advance limits.
After someone books
- The meeting goes on your calendar with a short title and their notes.
- They’re added to your People.
- You get a notification: “New booking”.
- They get a confirmation email, and you get a copy, sent from the email account you picked.
Confirmation emails need a connected email account that can send. Without one, the booking still goes on your calendar, but no emails go out.
Visitors see times in your time zone, and the page says which one.
