Find your way around

The sidebar

The sidebar on the left has Today, Chat, Earpiece, Plans, Calendar and Lists. Below them, under Apps, are Budget ↗ (opens Trillitask Budget in a new tab), Desk and Notes. On a phone, tap the menu button at the top left to open the sidebar.

An item with a padlock isn’t part of your plan. Hover over it to see why, or click it to see your options. In the phone app, tapping it emails you a link to your options on trillitask.com (see Your plan, usage and limits). In a team workspace, a padlock with “Restricted by team admin” means the team’s owner or an admin has turned that area off for you.

The header

• The bell shows new notifications. See Notifications and quiet hours.
• Your name opens the profile menu.

The profile menu

• Workspace: switch between your personal workspace and any team you belong to.
• Usage: a small meter that fills up as you get close to a daily or total limit, plus Usage & limits for the details.
• Billing & plan and Settings.
• What Trillitask knows: the facts the assistant remembers about you.
• People: your contacts.
• Dark mode: a switch. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to every device.
• Sign Out.
