Add and verify your phone number
Verify a US or Canada number to text the assistant, get text reminders and use text-message sign-in codes.
- Go to Settings → Profile → Phone Number.
- Read the text message disclosure and tick the box agreeing to receive automated texts from Trillitask. Agreeing is never required to use Trillitask.
- Type your 10-digit US or Canada number (the +1 is already filled in) and click Send Code.
- Enter the 6-digit code you receive and click Verify.
Your number now shows as Verified. You can text the assistant (see Text Trillitask from your phone), get reminders by text, and use text-message sign-in codes.
If the code doesn’t arrive
Click Resend code. You can request up to 3 codes every 10 minutes, and each code expires after 10 minutes.
Remove or change your number
Click Remove next to the verified number, or Change number while verifying.
Stop text messages
Reply STOP to any Trillitask text. Reply START, or verify your number again here, to turn texts back on. Message and data rates may apply. Typically you’ll get between 2 and 30 texts a month, depending on how you use it. Full details are in the SMS terms.
If you sign in with text-message codes, turn two-step verification off before removing your number, or you won’t be able to receive your code.
