Chat with Trillitask

The full-size conversation: past chats on the left, photos, voice and spoken replies.

Included on every plan

Open Chat from the sidebar. Your conversations are listed on the left (on a phone, tap Conversations). Click New chat to start fresh.

Starting out

A new chat offers a few starters: What’s on for today?, Catch me up, Set a reminder and Add a task. Or just type and press Enter.

The message box

  • Mic: talk instead of typing.
  • Attach image (and Take photo on a phone): send the assistant a picture. You can also paste an image or drag one onto the box.
  • Speaker (on larger screens): have replies read aloud. This resets each time you open the page.

Managing conversations

Hover over a conversation and click the trash icon to delete it. This can’t be undone. Conversations you have by text message appear here too, with an SMS label.

Chat and the ask bar share the same conversation, so you can start in one and finish in the other. Each workspace has its own chats.

The ask bar: ask, add or find

One box at the bottom of every page. Type to search, press Enter to ask the assistant, or tap the mic and talk.

Things you can ask Trillitask

Tasks, reminders, calendar, email drafts, lists, memories, catch-ups, plans with friends and more, all in plain English.

Talk instead of typing

Use the mic in the ask bar, in Chat and when replying to email, and have replies read aloud.

Text Trillitask from your phone

Verify your number once, then text the assistant like a friend: add tasks, set reminders, ask what’s next, even send a photo.
