What does Trillitask actually do?
It’s a personal assistant for your email and your day. Connect your inbox and it reads each new message, mutes the junk, flags scams, and turns the emails that need you into a short to-do list. Every morning you get a plain-English rundown of your day. You can also just tell it things, like “remind me to call Mom Sunday at 3,” and it takes care of them.
How does it read my email?
You connect your account the same way you’d add it to the mail app on your phone. (With Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo you create an app password, and we walk you through it.) Trillitask checks for new mail every few minutes. Your login is encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.
Which email services work?
Gmail, Outlook and Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, and almost any other email that supports IMAP, including work email on your own domain. The free plan connects one inbox, and paid plans connect more.
Will it send emails without asking me?
No. When you ask it to reply to someone, it writes a draft and shows it to you first. Nothing goes out until you say so.
Do I have to connect my email?
No, it’s optional. Plenty of people use Trillitask just for reminders, to-dos, notes, lists, and the morning briefing.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your account is walled off from everyone else’s. Your email login is encrypted, your data is never sold or used for ads, and it’s never used to train AI models. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings.

Can I text it?
Yes, on the Plus and TrilliOne Business plans. Verify your phone number once, then text it like you’d text a person. It keeps the same conversation going whether you’re texting, typing, or talking.
What happens to things I don’t finish?
They move to tomorrow on their own, and your briefing tells you how many times something has been pushed. If it’s never going to happen, mark it “already handled” or park it on a list for later.
Is there a phone app?
Trillitask works in any phone browser, and you can add it to your Home Screen so it opens like an app. There’s also an Android app with push notifications.
What is Trillitask Budget?
A money app from the same team. It reads your bank statements and answers questions about your money in plain English. It uses your Trillitask account, so there’s nothing new to sign up for.
