Delete your account from inside the app

You can permanently delete your Trillitask account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app or website:

  1. Sign in at trillitask.com/login (or open the Trillitask app).
  2. Go to Settings → Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account and tap Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no recovery. We erase your account and all personal data tied to it, including:

  • Your profile, login credentials, and verified phone number.
  • Tasks, reminders, notes, memories, calendar events, and contacts.
  • Any connected email accounts, their encrypted credentials, and all scanned email content.
  • Chat history, briefings, notifications, and device push tokens.

Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (e.g. billing/accounting).

If you can't sign in

If you've lost access to your account and can't sign in to delete it yourself, email privacy@trillitask.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

Team accounts

If you own a shared team workspace that still has other active members, you'll be asked to transfer ownership or remove the members (or delete the team) before your account can be deleted, so the workspace isn't orphaned.
