Reply with a short answer
Type or say the gist, and Trillitask drafts the full reply for you to edit and send from your own email address.
Included on every plan
Every email item has a reply box at the bottom of its thread.
- What they’re asking lists the questions Trillitask found in the email, so you don’t miss one.
- In Your short answer, type the gist, like “yes, Tuesday at 10 works, bring the forms”. Or tap the mic and say it.
- Click Draft reply (or press Enter).
- Read the draft under Draft (edit freely before sending) and change anything you like. Click ↻ Regenerate for a different version.
- Click Send reply. The footer shows which of your email addresses it sends from.
The reply goes out from your own mailbox as a normal “Re:” reply, so it appears in your Sent folder. The item is then marked done and the email counts as handled.
