Formatting and links

Bold, headings, lists, quotes and links from the toolbar.

Included with Free, Plus, TrilliOne Business and TrilliOne Pro

Select some text, then use the toolbar:

  • B, I, U and S: bold, italic, underline, strikethrough. Ctrl/Cmd + B and I work too.
  • H1, H2, H3 for headings, and to go back to normal text.
  • “ for a quote, • List and 1. List for lists.
  • The link button: select the words first, click it and paste the address.
  • ✕ Format clears formatting from the selection.

What TrilliNotes is and where to find it

A simple notes app on your Trillitask account. Use it at notes.trillitask.com or from Apps → Notes in Trillitask.

Write a note (it saves itself)

There’s no save button. Notes save a moment after you stop typing, and you’re warned if you try to leave mid-save.

Add pictures and screenshots

Paste a screenshot, drop an image onto the page, or use the image button.

Let TrilliNotes name your note

Leave the title blank and a short title is suggested once you’ve written a little, or click ✨ Suggest title.
