Create an AI intake form
Visitors have a short chat with an AI that asks your questions, follows up on vague answers, and files the result.
Included with TrilliOne Business and TrilliOne Pro
Instead of a long form, visitors see a friendly chat. The AI asks for what you need, asks again when an answer is vague, reads it all back for the visitor to confirm, and then files it.
Create one
- Go to Intake forms (in Desk, or Settings → Intake forms in Trillitask) and click + New flow.
- Basics: a name, the URL slug, and What is this intake for? in plain English, like “New clients requesting a kitchen remodel quote. Find out the scope, budget and timeline.” The AI follows this closely.
- Write a Welcome message and a Thank-you message.
- Fields to capture: click + Add field for each thing you need. Pick a type (Text, Email, Phone, Date, Number or Select), tick Req if it’s required, and add a hint. Select fields need a comma-separated list of options.
- What happens on submit: Create ticket (optionally for a specific help page), Create contact + task (a contact plus a follow-up on your Today list), or Just record.
- Pick colors and click Save.

Tips
- Keep the starting fields Full name and Email. They fill in the visitor’s name and email on the ticket or contact.
- The form’s name is shown to visitors, so make it customer-friendly.
- Required fields really are required: the AI keeps asking until it has them.
- You get a notification for each new submission.
Creating tickets needs ticketing on your plan. Without it, ticket forms save a contact and a follow-up task on your Today list instead, so nothing is lost.
