Every note keeps its history. Preview an older version and restore it in one click.

Included with Free, Plus, TrilliOne Business and TrilliOne Pro

  1. Open the note and click the clock icon (Revision history) in the toolbar.
  2. Click a version to preview it.
  3. Click Restore this version and confirm.

Your current text is saved as a version first, so restoring can be undone too.

How versions are kept

TrilliNotes doesn’t save a version for every keystroke. While you keep typing, it updates one version, and starts a new one after about five minutes, when someone else edits, or when the title changes. Each version shows when it was saved and who saved it.

Search tips

Search finds words, exact phrases and related notes about the same thing. Use quotes and minus signs to narrow it down.

Pin, archive and delete

Keep important notes on top, tuck old ones away, or delete them for good.
