Delete your account
Permanently erase your Trillitask account and everything in it, across every Trillitask app.
- Sign in and open the profile menu → Settings → Profile.
- Scroll to Delete Account and click Delete my account.
- Type
DELETE(in capitals) to confirm and click Permanently delete.
You’re signed out right away. This can’t be undone.
What’s deleted
Everything tied to your account in every Trillitask app: tasks, email Trillitask stored, notes, memories, calendar events, contacts, connected email accounts, lists, conversations, and your Trillitask Budget data.
- A shared budget that other people still use isn’t erased. It’s handed to one of its other members.
- Teams you own on your own are deleted along with your account.
If you own a team with other members
You’ll be asked to deal with the team first: make another member the owner (so the team carries on without you), remove its other members, or delete the team. See Leave a team, hand it over, or delete it.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@trillitask.com from the email address on your account and we’ll take care of it. More details are on the account deletion page.
Only want to wipe a budget? Trillitask Budget has a Start fresh button that erases one budget and leaves the rest of your account alone.
