Sign in, stay signed in, and reset your password
Remember me, forgotten passwords, and what to do if sign-in keeps failing.
Stay signed in
Tick Remember me when you sign in to stay signed in on that device for 30 days. The 30 days start over each time you come back.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Open the email “Reset your Trillitask password” and click Reset password. The link works once and expires after an hour.
- Choose a new password (at least 8 characters) and sign in.
Change your password
Use the same steps: sign out, click Forgot password? and set a new one.
Want to check what you typed? Tap the eye at the right of any password box to show it, and tap again to hide it. It hides itself again when you submit.
Sign-in keeps failing
- After several wrong passwords in a row, sign-in is paused for about 15 minutes, even with the right password. Wait a bit, then try again or reset your password.
- Check that you’re using the email address you signed up with. Your account email can’t be changed.
