Find and edit transactions
Search your activity, filter by type, and fix a transaction’s amount, category or account.
On Money, Recent activity shows your latest transactions. Tap All → to search and filter by All, Spending, Income, Bills, Debt, Savings or Transfers.
Tap a transaction to change its amount, name, date, category, type, account or note, or to delete it.
- Changing a category teaches Budget that store’s category for next time.
- In a shared budget, each transaction shows who logged it.
- Editing or deleting a transaction that came from a statement doesn’t change the account balance, since the statement set it.
The advisor can search too: “how much did we spend on takeout last month?”
