Note limits and storage space
What counts toward your notes and storage limits, what happens when you reach them, and how to free up room.
Included with Free, Plus, TrilliOne Business and TrilliOne Pro
Your plan sets two limits for notes: how many notes you can keep, and how much storage they can use.
What counts toward storage
- The text and formatting of every note, archived ones included.
- Pictures in your notes. A picture you use in more than one note counts once.
Earlier versions in a note’s history don’t count.
When you reach a limit
- Number of notes: you can still open and edit your notes, but new ones aren’t created.
- Storage: new pictures aren’t added, and edits that make a note bigger don’t save. Edits that make a note smaller always save, so you can make room.
When a save doesn’t go through, the editor shows a message next to the save status.
Free up room
- Delete notes you don’t need.
- Remove large pictures you no longer need from your notes.

In the Android app, Plan & usage and the limit messages email you a link that signs you in to this page on trillitask.com.
