Notes in a team workspace

Notes belong to a workspace. Notes you write in your personal workspace stay there; notes you write while in a team belong to that team. Switch workspaces from the menu under your name.

In a team, the team’s owner or admins decide whether you can view, create, edit or delete notes. Each note’s version history shows who made each change.

Your notes or the whole team’s

In a team workspace, the switch under the search box chooses what the list and search show: Created by me or All team. Open any teammate’s note from All team; whether you can change or delete it depends on your team permissions.
