TrilliNotes on your phone

Works in any phone browser, and there’s an Android app that also works offline.

In your phone’s browser

Open notes.trillitask.com. The editor fills the screen; tap ☰ at the left of the toolbar to open your list of notes, and pick one to jump back to the editor. On iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen for an app-like icon.

The Android app

  1. On your phone, go to notes.trillitask.com/download.
  2. Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps, then tap Install.
  3. Open TrilliNotes and sign in with your Trillitask account.

When an update is ready, tap Update now. Later waits a day before asking again.

Offline

In the Android app, you can read, edit and add notes without a connection. Changes are marked Not synced yet and sync when you’re back online. If a note was changed somewhere else in the meantime, your offline edit is saved as a separate copy rather than overwriting it. If a change can’t sync because you’ve reached a limit on your plan, it stays on your phone, marked Not synced yet, and syncs once there’s room. Pictures, archived notes and version history need a connection.
