Pin, archive and delete

Keep important notes on top, tuck old ones away, or delete them for good.

Included with Free, Plus, TrilliOne Business and TrilliOne Pro

  • Pin: click the star in the toolbar. Pinned notes stay at the top of the list.
  • Archive: click the box icon in the toolbar, or hover a note in the list and click it there. The note leaves your list and search. Tick Show archived to see archived notes and unarchive one.
  • Delete: click the trash icon and confirm. Deleting also removes the note’s version history and can’t be undone.

Archived notes still count toward your note limit and your storage. Delete notes you don’t need to free up room.
