How your data is handled

Connecting email is optional, your mailbox is only read, your data is never sold, and it’s never used to train AI.

  • Email is optional. You choose which mailboxes to connect, and you can disconnect any of them. Disconnecting stops scanning and deletes the mail Trillitask stored from it.
  • Read only. Trillitask reads your mail but never deletes, moves or marks messages in your mailbox. Emails go out only when you send a reply or confirm a draft.
  • Locked away. Your mailbox passwords are encrypted, and your account is walled off from everyone else’s.
  • Never sold, never used for training. Your information isn’t sold or shared for marketing, and it isn’t used to train AI models.
  • Earpiece never reads the contents of anything out loud.
