Review submissions and export to a spreadsheet

See every conversation with the answers pulled out, and download them all as a CSV.

Included with TrilliOne Business and TrilliOne Pro

On the Intake forms page, click View submissions. Each row shows when, which form, the visitor, whether they finished, and what was created (a ticket or task). Click View to see the answers and the full conversation.

Export

Choose All forms or one form, then click Export CSV. The file opens cleanly in Excel or Google Sheets, with one column per field.

Every visit is recorded, so you’ll also see “in progress” rows from people who opened the form and didn’t finish.
