Your logo, colors and company details on every page and email your customers see. Run several, one per business.
Included with TrilliOne Business and TrilliOne Pro
- In Desk, go to Portals and click + New Portal.
- Basics: a Portal name (like “Acme Support”), the URL slug for its address, and a Welcome message shown above the request form.
- Branding: upload a Logo and a Favicon (PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF), and set the Primary, Accent, Page background, Header background and Header text colors. The preview on the right updates as you go.
- Company info: Company name (also the sender name on your emails), Company URL, Support email and an Email reply signature added to every reply.
- Behavior: choose whether to Require confirmation from first-time senders (on to start) and Allow public ticket submissions from the portal landing page.
- Click Create portal.
Then connect a support inbox to it so tickets have somewhere to come from and replies have an address to go out from.
Good to know
- The page at your help page’s address only shows the request form when Allow public ticket submissions is on. Turn it on before you share the link.
- Changing the slug changes the address. Links customers already have to their own tickets keep working.
- Run as many businesses as you like, each with its own help page, branding and inboxes, all from one queue.
- Pages show a small “Powered by Trillitask” line at the bottom.
