Create a team workspace
A shared workspace with its own tasks, calendar, tickets, lists and email. Your personal workspace stays separate.
Included with TrilliOne Business and TrilliOne Pro
- Open the profile menu → Manage teams (or Teams in Desk).
- Under Create a team, enter a Team name and pick a Brand color.
- Click Create team. You’re switched into the new team.
A team has its own tasks, calendar, tickets, help pages, intake forms, lists, notes, contacts and connected email. Everything in your personal workspace stays private.
Teams are created from your personal workspace. The team uses your plan, so members don’t need to pay to use it.
